PUBLIC SERVICE
The Stockholm Museum of Modern Art (Moderna Museet) opens the 2010 edition of The Moderna Exhibition. It features 54 artists who have made a strong impact on the Swedish art Scene. The exhibition is held every four years, something I would like to encourage the new director, Daniel Birnbaum, to make a annual exhibition. That would be true Public Service rather than something to ease the guilt that Moderna should feel about not supporting the upcoming artists more often. But lets not criticize this initiative, lets salute the opportunities that these artists will gain instead!
